Save As Sub Chroma Error

Just started getting an error in the save as dialog box.
Where the projected file size is is normally shown 'error' is written...
It will not perform the save as

What size are you scaling your images to?  Could you post a screen shot of your Save As dialog?

I cant get the problem to repeat!
So it was probably me setting something wildly wrong like 800 inches instead of 800pixels...
