Problem with CF and SD cards
« on: April 02, 2009, 06:05:22 AM »
I often use 2 cameras together, the first with a CF card and the other with a SD card.

I put in the card reader both the cards and I open the pictures in photoshop from the cards directly (I don't ingest the photos).

Both cards have the same name.

With PM 4.6 I can't watch the pictures in both cards, I can only watch the pictures of the first card I insert.

With older versions I never had this problem

Can you help me?

Thank you very much

Yes.  Please get the 4.6.1 beta from the Announcements section of the forums.  It should solve that specific problem.  Please write back whether your issue is solved or not.

Are you certain you're running the beta?  Did you see a warning message box about the beta when you started it up?

Maybe the problem is that the folders inside the 2 cards have the same names (see the picture attached)

OK, then we'll have to try and reproduce the issue.  What are the names of the cards?  How are you getting PM to view them?  (Open dialog, drag and drop, navigator?)
