PM 6.1, last beta, upload problem
« on: April 16, 2009, 07:45:48 AM »
Hello Kirk,

I can reproduce the following problem:

I try to upload a JPEG, saved from CANON .CR2 (RAW). If the file upload stalls (in the case of a broken line) I klick <ok> in the warning window. If the line is ok I mark the file in the UPLOAD-POPUP window and try to resend the file (<resend queue> button). Now the fileextension changes from .JPG to .CR2 and now PM sends the RAW.

With which Uploader template?  FTP?

Oryk,

beta0417 does not help.

We didn't have time to investigate your issue before we made the new beta release.

Please post a screenshot of your settings.

No, not yet.

Does this happen extremely frequently for you?

So when you get the stall warning, do you delete the item from the upload queue and resubmit it from the contact sheet?  Or do you click on the item and then click on the resume button?

Can you post a series of screen shots detailing the operations that you do in order to get this issue to happen?

Thanks,

-Kirk

Hi Kirk, hi everyone,

I click on the item and then click on the resume button.

Is there anybody else who can reproduce the problem ?
