I did a search and looked in the manual, so I hope this hasn't been covered somewere...
I was wondering how tough it would be to add a series of {seqn} vairables. (ie. {seqn1} {seqn2}, ect...)
I've got a few devices that do not give the files a decent name, and I want to keep a unique absolute number on each image. (for most I just use the image number from the camera), but on two, I don't get that, so I have ben using the {seqn} to give them a unique number... Now I just reset the {seqn} to do some file renaming for uploading to a website and I've lost what I was last at for those. While I can go find the last image from those devices, I'd rather have something automatic...
Pressing the "reset" sequence number could bring up a table with all (say 10) of the {seqn#} slots, then you could reset the one you want and also see which one you might want to use for a particular appication... They could also be saved in the ingest profiles so each profile could use a unique number...
Currently running 4.6.1 on Vista64.
