I just updated to 4.6.6 on the Mac today - was having the same problem. I googled the issue and arrived at this forum. Downloaded the fix and I'm back in business.
I had to add this, because I have had occasion to contact Camerabits more than once in the past and am amazed each time. I actually get a person on the phone and they are knowledgeable and most helpful. In this day and age, customer service like this is VERY hard to find, if not impossible.
