Navigator and Favorites panels are messed up

Help,

Win 7, i-7 850, pm 4.6.6

I have no idea what happened but  the navigator and favorite panels used to be on the left side of my PM window and the contact sheet area was on the left.
Now the favorite and navigator take up the whole screen. If I shrink them they are blank and seem to cover up part of the contact sheet. The navigator has no file tree listed in it. I have attached a screen shot. Do I have to uninstall and the download another PM? Any ideas?

Just hold down the shift key when you launch PM and the workspace will be reset.
