Ingest with PM not shown as option on mounting a CF card

I just replaced my Vista machine with a Windows 7 64-bit machine.
I am running PM 4.6.6.

On my old machine, Ingest with PM was displayed by Windows as one of the actions that I could take whenever I mounted a CF card in my reader.  Now that choice does not appear.

Is there a way to add this action to the list of options that Windows offers when I insert a card?
