My VAIO is Intel Windows XP
My new PowerMac is OS X 10.7.2

Usually all it would take is downloading PM 4.5.4 for your Mac and then registering it with your registration information that you obtained when you purchased Photo Mechanic.  Unfortunately Photo Mechanic version 4.5.4 is incompatible in a variety of ways with Mac OS X 10.7 which you indicated that you're running on your new Mac.  You'll need to purchase an upgrade license for $90.00 and you'll then need to download the latest version of Photo Mechanic (version 4.6.8) which is compatible with Mac OS X 10.7.x.
