PM5 Video Playback on Windows?

The preview PDF of the PM5 features says "Movies: Playback and ability to save individual frames out of movies (Mac only for now) from within the Preview window."

Does this mean that the ability to save individual frame out of movies is limited to Mac only or is playback also limited to the Mac as well?

Neither feature is offered on the Windows version of PM 5.0.
