photoshelter upload error - Windows 7

Hi.  I have read many of the posts about this issue but can seem to find a solution for Windows 7.  I get the same error code as the others. 

Hostname not known ul.photoshelter.com

Please help.

It is likely that your ISP's DNS servers are malfunctioning temporarily.  When they start working again, the PhotoShelter uploader will start working again as well.  In PM 5 we added our own DNS caching so that this problem won't happen anymore (well you do have to successfully upload once so that the symbolic address is resolved to a numeric IP address.)

Thanks Kirk  The problem is I am using the wifi at my hotel and also a 3g connection.  Neither work and its been two days now.  Any other ideas?  Thanks
