PM 5 Sort not working properly

I'm running Windows 7, 64-bit and PM 5, both current builds.
A couple of the Sort by categories that I've used in the past don't seem to be working correctly. When I try to sort by "Type," to separate JPEGs from NEF files (camera writing both to card) it doesn't separate them. And if I choose "Edit Custom..." it does some type of sort without letting me create a custom one.

Hmm.  I just chose 'Edit Custom...' from the toolbar sort popup menu and the Custom Sort dialog came up for me.  What is your actual build number?  You can look it up in the About dialog.

same problem, sort by type don't work, I wanted my tif after net+jpg, no result.

Mac Lion PM 13217
I try with button "capture time, modification time, filename etc…"

Can both of you post a screenshot of the Sort popup menu showing all of the items in the list?  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your JPEG format screenshot.
