OBSOLETE: Optional Auto-Reload of Codereplacement-files

Hi Kirk!

One more for the Codereplacement:
I'd like to see either option:

a) a keyboard-shortcut to re-load all assigned CR-files
b) a tick-box in the "set code replacements..." dialog to re-load all files during the start of PM

Reason for b):
I currently have 2 CR-files. One contains my "standards" and will not change often.
The 2nd one contains the actual data needed. The filename will not change but the content of the file.

Doesn't (b) already happen for you?  PM has to load all Code Replacement files on startup of PM.

you are so right...
Until now I always started PM, went to the dialog, hit Reload and started naming according to BIB's...

I didn't test it before. My fault.
