How to remove 'edit in' options?
« on: February 06, 2013, 01:28:31 AM »
How can I remove an editor/program from the 'edit it' list I originally entered? I'd like to remove LR4 (as it's soooooo slow) and a few others.

Thanks

Jon

Jon,
You have to go to Preferences in PM's menu. There you select the Launching tab. In the tab there is an option "Assign specific editing applications for each file type". Press the button Set...and you are ready to choose the programs you want to use.

Thanks for your reply. I've got CS6 listed in the edit option but I've also got LR4 and another option. I'd like to remove these options leaving CS6 only.

Select one of the ones you want to remove.  Click on the 'Use default' button.  Repeat for the remaining ones you want to remove.  Click 'Apply'.

That should do it.
