Upgrade to PM 5

an upgrade to PM 4.9 had cost me 90$, why the upgrade to PM 5 will be 150$?

Upgrades are always $90.00 unless there is a sale going on (like the one tomorrow) and then it would be less than $90.00.

New licenses cost $150.00 unless there is a sale going on and then it would be less than $150.00.
