Ratings and classic IPTC ingest dialogs

Hi,

I know I should be using customised IPTC dialogs but sorry, I just can't get on with them. However for the ingest I need to have a rating set (always 3 stars) and it seems this isn't possible using classic IPTC dialogs.

So is there any possible workaround for this, for example:

-Somehow setting rating=3 stars with a Classic ingest dialog
-Showing Classic IPTC dialog with one of Global/Local IPTC and custom dialog with the other

You could try that, but I don't think it will work.

No.  At some point the classic dialogs will be removed.  They're not representative of where the metadata standards are going.
