PM 5 FTP to Server with sub-folders
« on: May 15, 2014, 02:48:29 PM »
Not sure if there was a way of doing this... I would like to use PM5 to FTP opposed to going to another bit of software to do so. However, my company has just introduced a new folder naming structure. So now when we are looking at folders with would see...

FA Barclays Premier League, then a sub-folder with a game

Some events have a third sub-folder if it's a competition

So is there anyway to point the PM 5 FTP to this sub-folder? I have tried several things, but they all fail. Any ideas?

Sure.  Edit the Destination path in the FTP Uploader and enter your directory structure.

Kirk, I tried that

I tried this - /the-fa-cup-2013-14/final/arsenal-v-hull-city

Thats going back to the main FTP page. So I am not sure if I am doing it right, or if the forward slashes are needed.

Leave off the leading '/' which will force starting with the root folder on the server (you likely don't want that.)  The path you enter is relative to the home directory of your FTP login.
