Images transer problem

I can't transfer images with my card reader. I've tried two card readers and the same problem occurs. Images just won't open up. Any ideas what's going wrong? A reinstall maybe the solution?

Do you see your cards show up in the Ingest dialog?  Or do they not appear at all?

Nothing appears at all. OS is Windows 7.

Do your cards show up as drive letters in the OS?  Open up a Windows Explorer window and look under Computer for your drives.
