HEIC files not rendering in Photo Mechanic Plus

The HEIC files from both iPhone 15 Plus Max and iPhone 16 Plus Max are not being rendered or viewed in Photo Mechanic Plus.  I have attached one file for example.  Can we please fix this ASAP as this issue has huge impacts on usability of the product.  I really love the product and I hope this can be fix quickly.  Thank you
