IPTC Stationery righthand panel clipped on 144 dpi screen

I can't see the right-most part of the IPTC Stationery panels.  This prevents access to the drop-downs for the fields in the right column of the window.  This is very likely result of running the WinXP screen at 144 dpi (150%).

Doug has confirmed that a new 4.5.4 beta provided privately to him by me has fixed this issue.
