Bug - when trying to open 2 directories with the same name

Trying to go through some old folders....was preopening some directories with
"Open Folder and Subfolders in new contact sheet"

Trying to open both of these at the same time
E:\Photos\Photos_2007_Denver\Landscape

E:\Photos\Photos_2007_LakeTahoe\Landscape

when you right click and do the 2nd one...nothing happens.
Thought I was going nuts since it is new years day.
So, I renamed the 2nd to
E:\Photos\Photos_2007_LakeTahoe\LandscapeX


Then it worked

Exited Photo Mechanic, renamed it back...it did not work
