font color/size in navigator

Hi.........I am running vista with your 5 trial.  I can not read the text/fonts in the navigator window.  The light colored fonts are barely ok..............the bright blue are unreadable.  I have a 32 inch monitor and the font size set at 200%..............(did this setting trying to read your text)................ALL other photo programs...................(many)..................read fine at 125%.  I can't find a color setting in  preferences for this............

Can I see a screen shot of what the main window looks like on your system?  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your JPEG format screenshot.

Kirk.......screen shot will not upload.......  No info at all........JPG is there and acts normal..Tried other JPG.......same result....??

Up loaded to one of my photo sites and works fine......??

I just cut and pasted the url and the blue fonts are larger than "real life"......

Kirk - strictly in the FWIW category - but have the exact same thing happening with my installation.  Bright blue text against the grey background, etc....

Is there any difference between the 'JACK' folder and the 'christo mar 2008' folders that might account for the color differences?  Is 'christo mar 2008' encrypted or compressed?

Sorry about the lag time........I just got home.  No,  I have 100's of files.....all made the same ......  Not a clue as to why some are White/light grey.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit on a small HP laptop.
Most of my folders are compressed which show in windows explorer as blue.
I have uncompressed folder 2010-01 Gangs River Cruise it, now displays in windows explorer as black.

The included screen shot is how the folders are shown in photo mechanic.  Blue for compressed folders and white for decompressed folders.

As Kirk said it looks hideous.  See attached.

Warren...............not sure about the terminology..."compressed/decompressed"......but the White/light grey ones all have subfolders and the unreadable blue one are just a single file.  I would not have noticed before............thanks for having me relook...............although that will not "fix" the problem.

 
Kirk......This is 64bit version of vista................I neglected to list that in my 1st post.

Kirk........what have you come up with??.....................I am using PM on my new mac and it looks fine.................I need the same program on both my mac and PC................still can not read the blue fonts on the PC............

The next build will show all folders in white text, no matter if they're encrypted and/or compressed.
