Hi Kirk,
Not sure what you mean by Save As dialog showing my settings.

I will be off line for while.

Alan,

Not sure what you mean by Save As dialog showing my settings.

If I'm not mistaken, the workflow starts with CR2 files that are captioned with the IPTC Stationery Pad and later JPEGs are produced from the RAW files (and this part I'm assuming that you're doing with the Save As dialog in Photo Mechanic) and the resulting JPEGs don't have your entire set of fields present.  Is all of what I just said correct?  If not, then how are you producing your JPEGs?

Hi Kirk,
Where exactly is the 'Save As dialog' in settings.
I have attached a file although not sure its the one you want.
Yes the workflow starts with a NEF Raw file from a Nikon D3 I caption it from IPTC then aquire it for editing, it is then saved as a JPeg by pressing Save Image button bottom left of screen. Once done When I open JPeg there is no caption.

Ah, I think I now see the confusion.  You need to apply the IPTC Stationery Pad to your selected photos.  The Save button just saves the state of the IPTC Stationery Pad so you can later load it in or share it with someone else.  Select your photos and then bring up the IPTC Stationery Pad and then click on the Apply to Selected button.  The fields will be written to the selected photos.

I'm still confused as to what program is creating your JPEG images.  Are you shooting in RAW+JPEG?  I am also confused by "acquire it for editing" and "saved as a JPEG by pressing Save Image button".  Perhaps some more screen shots are in order?
