Uploading by FTP one file at the time
« on: October 27, 2013, 03:11:36 AM »
Hello,
I am trying to upload to Pixum a few hundred pictures by FTP.
It appears as PM5 attempts to upload multiple streams in parallel, and unfortunately Pixum accepts one stream at the time, returning an error 530 "[error: Server responded with permanent error. 530 Sorry, you are already logged in.]", and blocking the transfer.
Is it possible to configure the upload stream to 1 file at the time?
Thank you in advance,

Giorgio

In the File Uploader window, click on the Preferences button (at the bottom left of the window).  Un-check the checkbox titled "Allow concurrent uploads".

That should keep the FTP uploader (and all other uploaders) from uploading more than one file at a time.
