Drag and drop to desktop or any other folder does not work anymore

Hi there,

I am using Photomechanic 5.0 on my Mac 3,1 GHz Intel Core i7 Version 10.11.1 (15B42). For the last couple of days i cannot move (with drag&drop) a selection made in PM to a randomn folder on my desktop or dropbox. I can use the sidebar within photomechanic but i prefer to drag and drop. Can you help me out on this one?

Quit and restart PM if you haven't already.  If you have, done this with no positive result, then I suggest contacting our support folks at:

I have same problem when I drag from PM more than one picture in a mail ; the first one is fine, only and empty icone for the others.

PM provides a list of filenames in the drag.  Perhaps the application you're dropping on only handles the first item in the list properly.

I select three files in a contact sheep, then I drag and drop to a mail (apple mail) ; in the past, no problem ; I don't know when this problem occurs.
If I drag and drop from finder, all is fine.

What has changed about your system?  The drag and drop code in PM hasn't changed in years.

No problem if i drag and drop to my website or another folder.
I suspect Apple mail ?

There is a popup menu in the email window that can downsize your images if you're not careful to make it retain the original size.

Yes, I have seen that, which is not my problem.
Curiously, the problem disappear today, I suppose after recent update 10.11.5
