Several Export Metadata Templates

I'd like to assign an own metadata template to each export/uploading template, separating them from the normal one.
Right now I do this by having several templates saved and always clearing the current one and loading the one I need. But this is annoying as I often shoot sports events and deliver images on site to several recipients.

I had always assumed that this was already the case but I just got bit by this, this morning.

later edit.  The ingest dialog works as expected -- at least when you use snapshots.  That is, each snapshots seems to have its own dedicated metadata template.  Whereas that is not the case for the upload dialog -- but it should be.

Similarly for the Upload command. Or allow for the direct selection of a Metadata template (Snapshot) in the upload form.

I tried it with the current version. Unfortunately no changes yet.
