New Mac Silicon Binary does not launch

My installation of beta stopped launching.

I can launch it once after restart, but after that it takes forever, it just jumps in dock for a while and then gives up.
Sometimes it launches and takes forever to initialise catalog features, sometime it freezes at the BETA POPUP MESSAGE not allowing to close it.

It all started happening since beta licence got upgraded to PLUS version

Does the Bug Splat crash reporter ever appear?  If so, are you filing a crash report?

Yes, the Bug Splat crash reporter only ever shows up on a new launch of the application.

Launched quick and easy after restart again. No bug report message. Attached the log.

Thanks for the log.  There is only one launch in the log which looks like it was successful.

I did it again.
Worked fine, I closed it once, twice... and then it begins.
First all message about beta expiring does not want to close, then just disappears and PM itself is unresponsive. After force close it begins its jumping in dock routine without launching.

Tried launching it with OPTION pressed, worked quick and easy again, and we also got the log that is not fresh and clean
