Since yesterday, this nice surprise: the reverse geocode is not working. For me, it’s an essential function and already 400 photos are without it. I will have to note down all the folders that I haven’t geotagged

Do you have a PMDebug.txt file in your Photo Mechanic preferences directory?  If so, make sure that the REVERSE_GEOCODING_SERVER is removed.  You should restart PM after making the change.

I seem to have the same problem. I get the error message

"While preloading a batch of GPS coordinates for reverse geocoding lookup an error occurred:
revgeo_batch: error: Connection attempt to RevGeo Server at geosrv.camerabits.com:18259 failed"

Unfortunately I wasn't able to solve it in the same way. I'm on a Mac (Sonoma 14.5) and I couldn't find a "PMDebug.txt file".

I looked in "/Users/lukas_macbook/Library/Preferences/com.camerabits.PhotoMechanic/".

Any ideas?
