Anyone having issues with photo mechanic rendering RAW images from the R5MKii? (CR3 format) All my images are not rendering properly. I have consulted with Canon and they confirm the camera is working as expected, but when I view the images in Windows using photo mechanic, the images are not viewable at all. I can see and edit the images fine in Lightroom. See attached Screenshot. I would like to use photo mechanic for workflow and just purchased it today. I would hate to have to jump to another product.
I had previously worked with an Canon EOS R, and those RAW Images are fine in photo mechanic.
