Single key shortcut for star rating MAC

I've got the latest version for Mac 2025.6 build 8622 installed on my Mac. I've been looking for the option to change the single key shortcut from a color rating to a star rating. Everything I can find says it's under the Preferences Accessibility tab. I can't find a preferences tab. I did find a settings tab but that option isn't listed under the accessibility tab of settings. My question, Where is it?

Pull down the menu in the top-left corner of the Preferences (Settings) dialog and choose Keyboard Shortcuts.  Note that there are three sections for keyboard shortcuts that you can choose from in the left column.

This may sound stupid but, what is the option name I'm looking for? There isn't one that says Single Key Shortcuts which is what I get when I try to google the question.

I'm posting a series of screenshots.  Hopefully they'll display in the order that I want them in.  There is no longer a set of radio buttons that let you choose between the two settings.  Each command can have its own shortcut and you'll have to adjust them.  We chose the ones that we thought most people preferred, but we were wrong in your case (you prefer the opposite setting).

You'll have to clear out one of the two sets, and then change the other set.  Once you change the other set, you can then re-record the set you cleared.

To clear out a keyboard shortcut, double-click the shortcut, then click the 'X' to delete the current shortcut.  You'll see that it is cleared (empty) in the list.  Do this for all of the Set Photo Color Class entries.

Then record the Set Photo Rating ones by double-clicking each of them and recording Ctrl-number (where 'number' is the number you want to use--the same number as it currently has).

Then record the Set Photo Color class entries to use just the number keys.

Do this a second time for the Preview section (as outlined in the last screenshot above).
