4.6.4 on OSX 10.6.3 won't let me tage NEF's

I upgraded from 4.6.3 which was working perfectly... After the upgrade to 4.6.4 I can't tag a NEF file. When I ingested it wouldn't let me rename on the ingest either. It also occasionally wont let me rename JPG's either.... Any thoughts?

You consistently never can tag, or it randomly won't allow you to tag?

I suggest calling our support folks at 503-547-2880.  They will go over your settings with you.  If that's not convenient, then please post screen shots of the following Preferences panes so I can help you:

General, Files, IPTC/XMP
