Reinstall PM5 on new SSD disk
« on: July 09, 2012, 04:40:45 AM »
Hello,

I'm going to reinstall OS X and software on a new SSD drive (same computer and same screen). Do I need to deactivate or uninstall the PM5 in old drive?

thanks,
jose.

Jose,

No, you don't need to do anything special to switch to a new drive (of any kind) or when installing a new OS.

You'll have to go through the activation process again though.  But it should be uneventful.
