Colors in Windows version of PM5

I am running build 13100 or PM5RC in WIndows 7 64bit. Perhaps I'm dense, but I don't see in Preferences how to change the overall color scheme for PM, especially the IPTC Stationery dialog. The only things I see in preferences is a way to change some contact sheet and preview window colors.

I though that going back to something closer to the PM4.6 colors was to become an option. What am I missing?

That work hasn't been completed on the Windows version yet.
