Triplicated keywords

I am having kind of the opposite problem described here:

I tag my files in PM5, process them in CaptureOne 7.2 and Photoshop CS6, and when I look at them afterwards, the keywords are all of a sudden repeated three times.

I am not sure yet at what stage during this process that the keywords start multiplying, but most I am hoping there may be some simple setting in the prefs of PhotoMechanic that could prevent this from happening in the first place.

Any ideas?

Take one file and put it through each stage of your workflow.  Post samples here of each stage.  I'll take a look at them.  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your sample files.
