i am running pm 5.0, build 15451 on Mac OS X 10.9.3.  for some reason i am unable to rename some files.  i double click on the thumbnail title and it highlights like it is supposed to, then i rename it and press return and the name reverts to the previous one.
also, i am unable to delete  some files.  i bring up the context menu, select delete and press return, then the thumbnail becomes a blank space(i have uploaded a jpg of what this looks like).  when i refresh tab, the picture reappears.

Sounds like a permissions problem.  Check the folder containing the files and the files that you cannot rename/delete, compare them against files that you can rename or delete.  What's different about them?

Where are the images located?  What kind of drive or device are the images stored on?
