cannot move images between folders

I am using PM 5.0, build 15800 on Win 8.1 Pro.

dragging and dropping selected images sometimes does not work. Restarting PM resolves the issue, (for a while) but is a tad tedious.

You'll have to give me more information in order for me to have some idea how to solve your issue.  What is the source of the drag?  What is the destination of the drop?
