Incremental ingest stops working

Hi,
I'm running Photo Mechanic Version 5.0, build 16765 (2682973) on a Mac Pro , late 2013, 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5 and when I recently updated to El Capitan (10.11), the incremental ingest quit working. I also upgraded Lightroom, which has had it's own set of problems, but when back to an earlier version of Java so I could keep running Indesign 4.

Where did I screw up?

Quit working, in what way?

I can't tell by your description enough information to give you an answer.
