IPTC Stationary pads

It there a way to get to the 'local' iptc stationary pad other than via the'regular' ingest dialog? There is no way (that I have found) to use the local IPTC pad for live ingest.

No.  Not all features in Photo Mechanic offer a local IPTC Stationery Pad.  Live Ingest does not offer a local IPTC Stationery Pad.
