If you truly want to strip the information out of the original image, use ExifTool. If you don't mind creating a new file then just about any image editor will allow you to copy the image (pixel data) into a new document and then save the image out in a format of your choosing which won't have that metadata in it.
Stripping all time-based data from an image is not something that PM does.
