launching Photo Mechanic Version 5.0 build 17338, lasts more than 30 seconds, build 17146 lasts 5 seconds.

The new version tries to open (or check) my Navigator-network-items from the sidebar which are not available.

The new version tries to open (or check) my Navigator-network-items from the sidebar which are not available.

Did you add those items to your sidebar in the Finder?
The last build didn't work properly on newer Mac OS X Finder sidebar items.  This one pays attention to all sidebar items that are not smart searches or are documents.

You can turn the feature off by right-clicking on an item in the Navigator, choosing Preferences and then disabling the display of sidebar items.
