Use the {filename} variable.

Perhaps you could explain in greater detail what feature of Photo Mechanic you're trying to use?  Generally, wherever there is a text field, you can enter a variable to extract metadata for an image.  So for instance if you are trying to print a page of thumbnails to your printer via Photo Mechanic's Print command then you'd enter {filename} (to show the whole filename including its extension) or {filenamebase} (to show only the base name with the extension removed) as the "Thumbnail title".

That should happen automatically in PM.  You're getting printer output from PM that is spanning multiple pages?  Can I see your Print Proofs settings?  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your JPEG format screenshot.
