Copying Folders
«

Hi,
This is probably simple but when i Ingest i copy the folder to a dated folder on my laptop, i tag all the bad photos and select the good ones to drag into folders i have set up for each class. The problem is when i do that it also takes the good photos out of the dated copied folder and just leaves the bad ones !
How do i go about having a copy of the good photos still copied in the dated folder ? If you get what i mean !

When dragging the files, hold the alt key, that should make a copy instead of moving the files (on a Mac at least, you will notice the effect of the alt key by the big plus sign next to the mouse pointer)
