macOS Sierra no Ingest dialog pop up

Since upgrading to macOS Sierra Photo Mechanic has stopped automatically opening the Ingest dialog box. Photo Mechanic opens but no Ingest dialog box.

Previously I'd insert a memory card, PM would open along with the Ingest dialog and I'd just have to click the Return key.

I've set Image Capture to open Photo Mechanic and deleted the PM preferences (show Ingest dialog is checked).

Photo Mechanic Version 5.0, build 17719 (c8049ca)
MacOS Sierra 10.12

If PM is already running when you insert your memory card, does PM show Ingest?

Yes!

(BTW long time since we communicated )

Edit: I've rolled back to Yosemite and all works fine. Ingest windows opens when card is inserted. And that annoying bug from El Capitan where Photos.app opens instead of PM isn't there.
