This not happens everytime, just sometime
PM writes a .pmingest.dat file on the root of your card which contains an ID number. This ID number is used to look up in a database for files previously ingested. If the .pmingest.dat file is not found on the card then Ingest can't find the database and then all files will be Ingested. That's basically how it works. If the database of files tracking ingests is lost (it's on your computer) then Ingest will copy all files.
So what I'd like to know is if there is anything different about your workflow that precipitates this unwanted Ingest behavior?

P.S. I don't know if you are sharing this one card between two cameras? ("SD card, I use it on Sony (A7 RII) and FujiFilm X-T2") We definitely don't suggest sharing cards between cameras without formatting the card in the next camera you use it in.
