Canon 5DS R Images Pixelated
« on: November 16, 2016, 05:28:59 PM »
PM Version 5.0
OS: mac OS Sierra, Ver 10.12.1

When viewing full-screen images from my Canon 5DS R in PM, the first few render fine. After 6 -8, however, the full-screen images render very pixelated and will not correct no matter how long I wait. Is there a setting I have wrong somewhere?

Have you changed your Memory Cache size in the Caching section of the Preferences dialog in PM?  If so, reduce it to 256MB.  More isn't better.  Otherwise, I'd like to see your Photo Mechanic log.  In Photo Mechanic go to the Help menu and choose "Reveal Support Data..." and moments later a Finder window will come forward with the zipped log file selected.  Use the 'Attachments and other options' link when you're composing your reply to this message and there you'll be able to upload your zipped PM log file.

Thanks,
