Edit Photos takes all, not just selected
« on: December 16, 2016, 12:33:05 PM »
I sort my photos by color class, then select them and go Cmd E to edit those selected in Lightroom. However, sometimes it doesn't "see" the selected photos are transfers them all into Lightroom. Except, I never get the Import button to appear either. I've also tried this with using DxO as my editing program, and I have the same issue. So I think it must be a PM issue.

Thanks for any help.

PM 5 build 17719
Lightroom CC 2015.8
DxO Pro 11.3.1
Mac 10.11.6

Lightroom does not behave like other editing applications (Photoshop) in that it displays the entire directory containing the photos sent to it.  I don't have much experience with DxO but I suspect it may behave similarly.  Try dragging and dropping your images into Lightroom.  This works well for most users.
