Colour clipping warnings

Hi,

why is it, that PM shows still colour clipping warnings in photos, that have been edited in Lightroom to the point, where they don't show these clippings anymore?

PM newest, Macos 10.9.5

why is it, that PM shows still colour clipping warnings in photos, that have been edited in Lightroom to the point, where they don't show these clippings anymore?

PM is showing you the embedded JPEG preview which for all RAW types besides DNG is never updated by Adobe software.  Because it isn't updated, the clipping still shows.  For other file types like JPEG and TIFF, you need to get Lr to update the original files.  PM does not have the ability to render Lr's adjustments.

Thanks Kirk. So no reason to be worried. I can just trust what I see in lightroom.
