How do you use the keyword feature of the IPTC stationery pad so that you can search using Windows search which is accessed through the start menu of your computer? Or is it possible to do so? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know if Windows Search looks for IPTC data.  If it does, then simply applying the keywords to your photos should do what you need.
