PH showing low res preview image sometimes

I've noticed a few times that PM will show me a low res preview image when reviewing photos.  The actual image is fine, but the quality of the preview is not sufficient to edit or crop accurately.

If I exit and restart PM, the issue is resolved, so I guess this is some sort of performance / cache / settings issue.  Can anyone point me in the right direction to check and change settings please?

I'm running Windows 10 64bit with PM5.

I'm running Windows 10 64bit with PM5.

Make sure your Memory Cache setting isn't too high.  We recommend 256MB or less.  You can change this setting in the "Caching" section of the Photo Mechanic Preferences dialog.
