Hi,

i want to ask, i f i make changes in lightroom  at a photo (with check mark enable at lihtroom's catalog settings "automatically write changes into XMP") , is it possible to see the changes at photo mechanic, without export jpg file at the same folder?

The short answer would be no: PM is unable to render raw images in the way Lightroom does.
A longer answer is: if you convert your raw images to dng, and tell LR to update the preview in the dng (this you need to do manually!), then PM will show you the image as it is in LR.
