Ipt vs Text

I have several IPT files and Several Text files with in a IPT directory.

I have been trying to get keywords for my Friends.  Text files are perfect but I cannot read them in PM

the IPT files dpmpt have any of the keywords in them.

?????

From the Keywords popup menu in the IPTC Info or IPTC Stationery Pad, choose "Edit Keywords...".  From there you can export and import lists of keywords.
